Meet the Casita family
Casita Properties was a vision that Paul created from his negative experiences with traditional property selling routes. After spending a good portion of his property career frustrated at the lack of urgency and the general laissez faire attitudes of some agents, he realised that the focus needed to be put firmly back on client service and satisfaction rather than meeting targets and providing numbers to the corporate managers upstairs.
When Paul founded Casita Properties, his goal was to create a tight knit family of professionals who shared his belief that vendors needed to be offered the kind of service you just don’t find anymore. With that aim, he assembled a team of individuals with complimentary experience and training in the property industry who brought drive, humor and enthusiasm to the table. In doing so he has enabled a culture of integrity, openness and a commitment to give each transaction the same effort from the initial point of contact, all the way through to completion.

When Paul is not cooking his gourmet creations in the kitchen for the five females in his life (one wife, two daughters and two puppies) he enjoys taking refuge on the golf course for some well deserved R&R.
He has spent the last 10 years in the property industry working with vendors on hotel and warehouse acquisitions in his early to career, then moving on to specializing in buy to lets and residential refurbishments. He loves the energy and the buzz he gets from completing a successful sale and working in an industry that he is passionate about.
Elroy

Elroy is a footie fan, both playing and watching, and is a self confessed coffee fanatic who wants everyone to know how jealous he is of people with ducks as pets.
In his previous life he has worked with an extensive base of UK based and overseas clients, sourcing some of the most lucrative property opportunities. Elroy now loves being part of a team who love what they do and like them, gets excited about making the clients happy rather than the corporate bigwigs.
Lauren

Lauren, a self confessed gym lover, foodie and property enthusiast brings a wealth of local knowledge to the team.
She runs and owns a successful property business including a Doncaster based lettings agency. Her experience with all things “tenancy” is invaluable to the team as is her local knowledge and network of vendors. She also brings her HMO experience to the team in both selling and converting from standard dwellings.
Rowan

About Rowan
Another keen rugby and golf enthusiast who loves to cook (seeing a theme developing here?) he is the team’s sharpshooter taking aim at clay pigeons when he has the time.
His first in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University has seen him working on major constructions. He brings his talents to the team with his expertise in contracts and costings and all things “build”.
George

About George
Sporty George plays golf and rugby and loves nothing more than cooking up a mean roast dinner for the team when he gets the opportunity.
After gaining a first class degree in Construction Engineering Management from Northumbria University (where he met Rowan), he brings his knowledge of property, project management and design to the team. Having worked on projects up to £27 million, showing that no project is too big for this power team.
Mandy

Another keen cook, Mandy has lately found a love for water colour painting and growing veggies for her experimental culinary creations.
With 20 years property experience under her belt and having worked with architects, estate agents and developers she is the company nerd when it comes to paperwork and legislation. We call her the bulldog as when she gets her teeth into a sale, she doesn’t let go until it’s completed. Oh.. and she hates golf.

His experience previously from working in a busy estate agent branch is where it started his passion for property. Quickly realising that estate agency wasn’t for him, he explored the buy to let investor market and found his calling within the Casita Family.

As a child he saw his Mother and Uncle being heavily involved within different sectors of the property industry. This led to him studying Quantity Surveying at Greenwich University and gaining a first degree. He is now seeking to further his property knowledge and career by joining the Casita Family.

Didar is an aviation fanatic, plays chess at competitive level and invests in stocks, shares and crypto currency in his spare time. Achieving a diploma in Finance while studying for his A Levels, he went on to work for a Barrister’s Chambers in London Inner Temple in IT.
A high achiever, Didar is studying Global Business Degree at the University of Suffolk but having been bitten by the property bug, he is excited to join the Casita family bringing new properties to the table for our investors.

Having graduated with a law degree, Adith brings to Casita an expertise in property law. His degree and the skills and experience garnered from providing legal advice to major organisations are the key to his success in sourcing property within the buy to let arena.

Having always been addicted to property shows, she found lockdown an ideal time to ponder a change of direction which led her to working with Viewber. By inspecting properties for them, this gave her invaluable knowledge of her local area which naturally led to sourcing properties for investment.
